It is the evolution of the first padded jacket created by Crazy for major classic ski mountaineering races in 2013, when the regulations first required a padded jacket as part of the mandatory equipment. Crazy immediately designed an extremely lightweight and packable jacket that provided warmth with minimal bulk, and above all, was completely elastic. It was an instant success and today the Jkt Acceleration remains the perfect jacket for even intense activities, but its stylish look also makes it suitable for everyday use. It is entirely made with Toray’s Air-tastic outer fabric, which is lightweight, water-repellent, windproof, and cut-resistant. The jacket is padded with state-of-the-art 4-way stretch insulation, offering high heat retention, packability, and quick drying. We’ve included an internal pocket for quickly storing accessories like gloves and hats, in addition to the two hand pockets.
